Description

Al Hartley Patsy and Hedy #92 Partial Story Original Art Group of 5 (Marvel Comics, 1964). The importance of Marvel's teenage comics to the company's larger universe of costumed heroes is such that Patsy and Hedy and its kindred titles exerted a great bearing on the lifelike, ornery behavior of such characters as the Human Torch and the ensemble cast of Spider-Man. This partial story (five of nine pages) concerns a feud between the title characters. Signed (Page 1) by Stan Lee and Al Hartley. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Image area, 10" x 15". Faint tanning. Marginal notes. Generally Excellent condition. From the Estate of Al Hartley.
