    Description

Al Feldstein Weird Science #15 (#4) Cover Original Art (EC, 1950). Legendary EC editor/writer/artist Al Feldstein presents a spine-tingling scene of an apocalyptic space alien attack -- it's a bit of a send up on Orson Welles' famous "War of the Worlds" radio scare, with an EC twist. Feldstein's razor-sharp brush strokes and dramatic perspective heighten the nightmarish surrealism of this chiller-thriller, which was drawn as the cover scene for the classic sci-fi yarn, "Panic." This iconic example of fifties Cold War paranoia has an image area of 13.5 x 19.5", and the art is in Excellent condition. From the Don Vernon Collection.
