Description"Lady in Red with Cocktails" Ghost Town Paintings Group of 2 (c. 1940s-50s). A pair of original paintings featuring patrons sitting at a table and enjoying cocktails. Two men and three women in turn of the century attire are featured in painting #1, and the same seated lady in it is featured with several people around her in #2. Both paintings evoke Paris in the late 1880s "Belle Epoque" era. Painted with gouache on Masonite board and framed with wood backing. There are holes in the wooden frame where the paintings were bolted to a wall. Image area measures 36" x 30", overall framed size is 42" x 36". This is a rare pair of early original Ghost Town art pieces from the Knott's Berry Farm Archives. Unsigned. Minor handling and surface wear. Very Good condition.
