    Description

Donald's Vacation (RKO, 1940). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Walt Disney made the public's favorite cartoons, and his irascible merganser, Donald Duck, was the most popular character at their studio. Donald's unique character was recognized as soon as he appeared on the screen and by the 1940s he would, eclipse Disney's flagship character, Mickey Mouse, as the studios major star. Outside of the United Artists's Mickey Mouse cartoon posters, early Donalds are the most collectible in the field of animation. This poster is one of the most colorful and well composed of any of the Duck's posters. Very Fine on Linen.
