    Description

The Amazing Spider-Man #300 (Marvel, 1988) CGC NM/MT 9.8 White pages. This copy's page quality sets it apart from some of the other top-grade copies, as the other 9.8s we've seen have had "off-white to white" page quality more often than not. If you've turned your investing eye to Modern Age, this is most assuredly one to grab. Also, ever since it was announced that the next "Spider-Man" movie will feature a black costume, it's fair to speculate that interest in Amazing's black-costume era will increase! This issue is the last time that Spidey wore the costume, it's got the origin and first full appearance of Venom, and it's only the third issue to have the art of fan favorite Todd McFarlane. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $100. CGC census 3/06: 96 in 9.8, 3 higher.
