Walt Disney World - Haunted Mansion Spectre Pop Up Ghost Prop (Walt Disney, c. 1970s). "Actually we have 999 happy haunts here, but there's room for 1000 ...any volunteers?" An extraordinary artifact from the Haunted Mansion featuring one of the 999 happy haunts. This spectre ghost head was used to scare the foolish mortals who dare to enter the cadaverous realm of an eerie haunted estate, home to ghosts, ghouls and supernatural surprises. The spectre appears at various scenes throughout the attraction, often popping up where mortal guests least expect it! This one-of-a-kind prop still possesses its original mounting hardware. The piece was crafted from foam latex and painted with UV reactive (blacklight) paint, bearing its original surface from when it was used in the attraction in the 1970s. Highly prized theme park props, like this one, rarely come to market. The spectre exhibits normal wear and tear from years of fun. Paint chips with scuffing. Overall condition is Good.
