Walt Disney World Contemporary Resort Contemporary Café Silkscreened Elevator Attraction Poster (Walt Disney, c. 1980s). This beautiful hand-silkscreened "attraction" poster was used in elevator displays at the Walt Disney World Contemporary Resort in the 1980s to advertise the amenities and opportunities available to guests at the resort. A wonderful piece showcasing the graphic design of the time, this rare poster advertising the Contemporary Café was made in extremely limited numbers. Declaring "our unlimited buffet served daily" and "full service bar available", this poster advertises the café by its classic title, not the Contempo Café as it is known today. Created using metallic inks by the Walt Disney World sign shop, the poster measures 21" x 29" on thick poster board, and it shows handling and edge wear with some surface scuffing. The condition is Very Good.
