Description
Yu-Gi-Oh! Japanese EX-R Starter Box Uncut Sheet (Konami, 2000) Ultra Rare. Released on November 23rd, 2000, the EX-R Starter Box is a Series 2 Starter Deck for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game. Series 2 refers to the core booster sets released in Japan between 2000 and 2002, with EX-R being the first Starter Deck for this series. With a focus on Yugi and Kaiba, this Starter Deck includes 87 cards featuring some of their most notable cards. The majority of the cards are reprints from the previous EX Starter Box, with 2 new cards included. Though this Starter Deck was only released in Japan, the TCG's Yugi and Kaiba Starter Decks were formed with this Starter Deck as the basis. Offered here is an uncut sheet of Ultra Rare cards from this set! Only 2 cards are featured, and they're the most iconic cards in the game: Dark Magician EX-06 and Blue-Eyes White Dragon EX-49! As they are Ultra Rares, they feature gorgeous foil card images and would have gold card names, but you'll want to note that these cards do not have the card names printed! The small furigana, or kanji reading aids, are still present, but the card name is not. There are 32 copies of Dark Magician and 24 copies of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, for a total of 56 cards across this sheet. Please note that this sheet is framed, with the window measuring 21.5" x 26", and the total size with the black frame border measuring 23.5" x 27.75" x 1.25". The back of the frame is clear, showing the card backs on the back of the uncut sheet. There is a metal wire attached for hanging. The overall condition is Excellent. With two of the most iconic monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh! all over this sheet, it would be the perfect addition to any collection!Auction Info
