    Description

Superman 1940 PSA-Graded Trading Cards Complete Set of 72 (Gum Inc., 1940). The early derring-do of Superman was captured in these thrilling scenes for the 1940 Superman Gum Cards set, many adapted from Superman or Action Comics covers. Superman experts believe the art on these cards to have been drawn by DC Golden Age artist Fred Ray. Each card in this complete set of 72, has been graded and holdered by PSA, with grades ranging from PR to VG-EX. Please note that card #18 is "Authentic Altered". A unique and very difficult set to complete, so finding a full set is nearly impossible, and as far as we can tell, this is the very first graded set to ever be publicly auctioned! Better get to bidding, before this set goes Up, Up, and Away!
