Description
Super Mario Trading Card Collection Mario 1 Character Card PSA Authentic Auto (Panini, 2022) Signed by Charles Martinet. It's no exaggeration to say that Charles Martinet is one of the most influential voice actors in video games. What started off simply as a last-minute audition where he showed off a fun Italian accent jump-started his career, landing him the role of Mario! It began with the Mario in Real Time interactive system, and things only grew from there, leading Martinet to have credits in over 150 different works. He voiced the titular character in a few smaller games before most were exposed to his voice in the 1996 game Super Mario 64. From there, Martinet brought to life not just Mario, but also Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi! Martinet portrayed these characters until 2023, when he retired from voice acting and chose to move forward as Mario Ambassador. Martinet's work is legendary, and so are the beloved characters he brought to life. Offered here is a Character Card featuring Mario from the Super Mario Trading Card Collection that's been signed by Martinet himself!
