    Description

Pokémon Tropical Mega Battle Phone Card "Moltres" (1999) PSA GEM MT 10. The Legendary Fire/Flying type Pokémon Moltres is the star of this magnificent GEM MT phone card. What makes it so rare is that it could not be purchased -- only won as a prize for participating outside of the main event of the 1999 Tropical Mega Battle Tournament. The prize cards were awarded at random inside a sealed envelope (which is included here). The cards could be of Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres, the three Legendary Pokémon birds. This card rarely comes to market - just 12 have been certified by PSA to date, and only five earning GEM MT 10. Artwork is by Ken Sugimori.
