Pokémon Raichu Japanese Topsun Set PSA Trading Card Game GEM MT 10 (Topsun, 1995) Blue Back, No Number. Topsun cards came inside a package containing two bubble gums and two cards. The packs were used as a promotional product in Japan to see if people would collect cards with Pokémon on them. I guess we know the answer to that! Here we offer one of these said cards featuring the electrifying Raichu! This Pokémon is the evolved form of the franchise mascot, Pikachu. Please note that this is the first released version of the card. How do we know that, you ask? The card's reverse side is the blue variant "Blue Back" and does not feature a number inside the text box. The importance of this card cannot be overstated, as this is the first time ever that Raichu was featured on a card. What can make this card even more desirable, you ask?
