Pokémon Japanese Premium File Neo Genesis Set Sealed Binder (Media Factory, 1999). The Neo Genesis Set was released on December 16th, 2000, and it was the first expansion set to introduce Generation II Pokémon to the trading card game. This sealed binder features the three starter Pokémon from the Johto region and their evolutions! The cards are known as premium files copies. And who better to provide the artwork for the second generation Pokémon than Pokémon legend Ken Sugimori! This folder is still sealed with light wear but is otherwise in Excellent condition.Auction Info
