Pokémon Japanese Base Set Sealed Booster Box (Media Factory, 1996). Calling all fans of Pokémon! Here is a rare piece of history you won't want to miss out on. Offered in this lot is an original sealed Japanese Base Set Booster Box. These boxes were released in Japan on October 20th, 1996 which was a little over 2 years before the English version (January 9th, 1999). English versions of these boxes came with 36 booster packs, but the Japanese versions like this one came with 60 packs! That's almost double the packs! The artwork on this box is nothing short of amazing, featuring a total of 14 Pokémon, including Charizard and Venusaur. The box has lightly blunted corners with the wrapping intact. The bottom left corner on the left side is blunted slightly, and there is a mark on the wrapping on the bottom side. The overall condition is Very Good. If you're a fan of the Pokémon TCG or a Pokémon collector in general, you will want this in your collection!Auction Info
