Description
Pokémon-e Starter Deck Sealed Box (The Pokémon Company, 2001). Released on December 1st, 2001 alongside the Base Expansion Pack, the Pokémon-e Starter Deck is a Japan-exclusive starter deck for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It is from the e-Card Era of the TCG, which introduced a new card design that worked with the Nintendo e-Reader. By using the e-Reader and these e-Cards, players could view Pokédex data, play minigames, play various tunes, and activate hidden attacks. This starter deck includes a 30-card half deck, with 9 cards from a set of 29 exclusive to this deck, 8 of 32 cards from the Base Expansion Pack, and 13 Energy cards. It also includes a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, and a custom coin. Offered here is a sealed Pokémon-e Starter Deck! The box has lightly blunted corners with the wrapping intact. Note that there is an 800 yen sticker on the front, as well as a barcode sticker on the back. The bottom edge of the back side of the box has very light blunting. The overall condition is Excellent.
