    Description

Pokémon Charizard #6 Japanese Gym Challenge Trading Card (Media Factory, 1998) PSA GEM MINT 10. Recap! In the Indigo series, Ash and friends travel to Cinnabar Island where Blaine, the Cinnabar Gym Leader, has his gym inside a volcano! During this 3-on-3 Pokémon battle, Charizard comes in at the last moment to face off against Blaine's final Pokémon, Magmar. After a hard-fought battle, Charizard is victorious and Ash adds the Volcano Badge to his collection. This is actually one of the only times, if not the only time, that Charizard listens to Ash. This card pays tribute to that amazing battle as it features Blaine's Charizard! This card not only is a first edition from the Gym Challenges Set, but it also been awarded the highest grade possible by PSA, GEM MINT 10! The artwork is done by Ken Sugimori. PSA has certified 588 copies earning GEM MINT 10 grade. From the Sperpy Woodsay Collection.
