Mark Zug Magic: The Gathering Knight of the White Orchid Illustration Original Artwork (2008). "Both guide and guard on open plain." Knight of the White Orchid is a card that was released in the 2008 Shards of Alara expansion set. The artwork was done by Mark Zug, an artist who has been actively providing illustrations for Magic: The Gathering since the 1998 Exodus set. Outside of the card game, he is known for his work with the Septimus Heap series, the Dune card game, Star Wars comics, the Dragonlance novel series, and more. Offered here is original art done by Zug for Knights of the White Orchid. This painted piece measures approximately 11" x 8.25" on a 14" x 10.75" board.
