The Retromutagen Ooze cannister has been cracked and four little turtles are about to have their lives changed forever! Here we have the "metamorphosizin' mutant Maniac" Michaelangelo figure with transforming action. Take him from a tiny turtle figure to a full-on Ninja Turtle. Packaging has light handling wear.
