    The Art of The Hunchback of Notre Dame First Edition Signed Art Book (Walt Disney/Hyperion, 1996). This handsome out-of-print art book, written by Stephen Rebello, presents a detailed overview of the making of the Walt Disney animated feature The Hunchback of Notre Dame. There is extensive coverage of every aspect of the intricate development of character, story, setting and technology. The 200-page clothbound in dustjacket book measures 13.5" x 10.5" and is illustrated throughout in full color and black & white with production art, photographs, and scenes from the film.
    Seventeen of the artists who produced the film signed the book, and each noted the sequence, animated character, or other aspect of the film he or she worked on: Gary Trousdale, director; Kirk Wise, director; Dave Pruiksma, supervising animator; James Baxter, supervising animator; Russ Edmonds, supervising animator; Michael Surrey, supervising animator; Tony Fucile, supervising animator; David Burgess, supervising animator; Kathy Zielinski, supervising animator; Lisa Keene, background supervisor; Gaetan Brizzi, sequence director, story; Thom Enriquez, character design; Kent Melton, sculptor; Don Hahn, producer; David Goetz, art director; and Will Finn, story supervisor, story, supervising animator.
