Description

Superman Skippy Peanut Butter Label (DC/Skippy, 1942). This 2.75" x 2.75" paper label features a descending Superman amongst advertisements for the Superman serial airing on KYA San Francisco, KECA Los Angeles and KARM Fresno. This label is one of the only known to still exist. Label is missing two small spots of 1/8" surface paper above/below KECA call letters. Additional tiny spot of missing surface paper from the "P" of "Superman." Trace of adhesive staining on reverse as a special label applied to peanut butter jar. General handling wear, but in otherwise Good condition.
