Description
Marvel Value Stamp Group (Marvel, 1974-76). Remember all those character "stamps" in the back pages of Marvel comics, circa 1975? You know, the ones you were supposed to cut out and save in a special booklet? We can't imagine many comic fans willing to cut up their comics for this, but we know some did, as will any collector who buys a back issue, only to find out later the stamp is missing! Ever want to collect those? Now's your chance, True Believers -- here's an original 1974 Stamp Book, marked #105410, with 55 of the 100 Series A stamps carefully trimmed out and glued in place. The collection includes the elusive stamp #100; as for the missing 45, we have 22 of those stamps with the lot, ready to be closely trimmed out and glued in! But that's not all -- there are also 12 Series B stamps thrown in for good measure! Items range from Fine to Excellent. Not listed in Hake's.Auction Info
