Description

"Speechless" Mel Blanc Tribute Fine Art Print (Warner Bros. 1989). "The Man of a Thousand Voices," Mel Blanc (1908 - 1989), was regarded as one of the most influential (and busiest) people in the voice acting industry. Mr. Blanc's death in 1989 was felt by the entire cartoon industry and beyond due of his skill, expressive range, and the incredible number of characters he portrayed. Movie critic Leonard Maltin once pointed out, "It is astounding to realize that Tweety Bird and Yosemite Sam are the same man!" In a tribute to Mel Blanc, Warner Brothers released this fine art print titled, "Speechless," which was offered at Warner Bros Studio Stores. The image features Mel's most famous Looney Tunes characters; Sylvester, Tweety, Foghorn Leghorn, Daffy Duck, Pepe Le Pew, Porky Pig, and Bugs Bunny. The print is matted with an opening of 24" x 15", and framed with glass for an overall size of 32.5" x 22.5". Print condition is Fine with light handling. The frame is sold as-is.
