Description

Superman and the Mole Men Insert (Lippert, 1951). After two successful serials, the Man of Steel was recruited into his first feature film, with George Reeves replacing Kirk Alyn in the title role. Superman and the Mole Men served as a hugely successful de facto pilot for the TV series that followed, and in fact was eventually edited down and broadcast as a two-part episode of the series. This rare insert measures approximately 14" x 36", is matted and glass front-framed to 18" x 40.25" . Slight toning, pinholes, folds, creasing, and some handling wear. Item sold as is. In Very Good condition.
