Description
Pokémon Charmander 004 Japanese Shining Darkness Test Proof PSA Authentic (The Pokémon Company, 2007-08). Released on July 5th, 2007, Shining Darkness is the third expansion set from the Japanese Diamond & Pearl Era of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This set was based on the 10th Pokémon movie, Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai. It was released as Secret Wonders in English. The card offered here features the Lizard Pokémon Charmander, one of the original Starter Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It was released in Shining Darkness. The adorable artwork was done by Masakazu Fukuda. This specific copy isn't from the set though, as it is a test proof! Note that it features the word "TEST" in large font across the top of the illustration box, as well as at the top of the back side of the card. Test proofs are printed for many reasons, from assessing new designs to making sure the printers are set up correctly. These types of cards don't surface often, so you won't want to miss this chance to add this card to your collection!
