Walt Disney Studios Feature Film Animation Desk and Scene Stacker (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). From The Little Mermaid to Tarzan, the "Animation Renaissance" period from 1989 to 1999 ushered in an era of the most successful animated feature films in the history of the Walt Disney Studios!Offered in this lot is a very rare Walt Disney Studio Animation Desk from the Disney Feature Animation Building in Orlando, Florida. To equip the artistic staff of their East coast facility, this stunning animation desk model was developed. Inspired by Kem Weber's streamlined designs of Walt Disney Studios in California, this beautiful modular furniture features efficient overhead shelves, three pull-out drawers, a shelf on each side, and comes complete with its often missing 16-field animator's disk. Additionally, this desk comes with a scarce stand-alone "Scene Stacker" which houses 20 scene shelves. The desk measures 72" x 55" x 30" and the "Scene Stacker" measures 48" x 21" x 13". Each piece is in Very Good condition, filled with character from years of production use, exhibiting minor nicks, scuffs, scratches, and wear. The desk is sold as-is with no implied warranty or keys. This furniture set is located in Dallas, Texas and will require third-party shipping.
