Mickey Mouse Club Cookie Jar (Walt Disney, 2004). "Yay Mickey....Mickey Mouse Club!" Bill Justice did a great deal of animation for the opening of this legendary TV show and had a long successful career at Walt Disney Studios in both animation as well as in WED Imagineering. He became a Disney Legend Inductee in 1996. On his 90th birthday, he celebrated with a large party of his friends and coworkers. Attendees were given a Mickey Mouse Club cookie jar and each of these keepsakes was signed by Bill Justice on the bottom. Here is one of those cookie jars with Mickey Mouse as leader of the band on top with nine characters on the cookie jar around him. It measures 12" x 9.5" and is in its original box. Condition is Very Good.

I have done a preliminary analysis and the total of the hammer prices was $67,550. With BP, the final figure was $80,722.25. That is against the total insurance value of $34,785 or 2.32 x ‘pre-auction estimate’. Incredible, really, so a big thanks.
