Xero #6, 7, and 9 Fanzine Group (Pat and Dick Lupoff, 1961-62). While Xero was in general a science fiction fanzine, it was at the same time one of the most important comics fanzines as well. Many well-known names populate the pages here -- Roy Thomas, Lin Carter, Don and Maggie Thompson, to name just a few -- but the real prize in each of these issues is an installment of "All In Color for a Dime," the first serious discussion of Golden Age comic books. This is where modern organized comics fandom began, folks! Issue #6 has a detached last page, but overall, the zines appear in Fine or better condition. A copy of Flyer #5 (published in-between issues 7 and 8, with six pages) is also included. Very rare to see any of these turn up!
