Weekly Shonen Jump #1308 (Shueisha, 1994). 1994's Weekly Shonen Jump #28 featured a landmark moment in the Dragon Ball franchise: the first appearance of Goku's Super Saiyan 3, the highest Super Saiyan level of the Dragon Ball Z series. This monumental original first printing features an excellent cover by the great Akira Toriyama, and it contains chapter 474, titled "The Limit! Super Saiyan 3." The chapter corresponds with the anime episode 245, "An Astounding, Great Transformation!! Super Saiyan 3."
