Description
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Storybook Jewelry Box Pre-Production Sample Signed by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily (Walt Disney, 2003). "Once upon a time..." Disney Artists Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily were inspired by the storybook opening and closing segments of Walt Disney's first animated feature, to reimagine the iconic prop, for the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Storybook Jewelry Box. For production, the illustrious artists prepared this pre-production sample. Cast from an intricate sculpt, this mixed media artwork of resin features a hand-painted cover and cardstock "first" page. The prop replica style book measures approximately 10.75" x 9.5" x 1.75" and opens to reveal a hidden, soft, flocked hollow to store your delicate treasures. This unique pre-production piece is accompanied by a Sample identification card with hand-written annotation that curates the piece, and the piece itself has been hand-signed by both artists on the back cover. This sample exhibits degrees of difference from the final product, but is a testament to the artistic skill that has made Kevin & Jody a household name with Disney fans!
