Description
Scott McCloud Destroy!! and Zot #6 Front-and-Rear Cover Production Materials Group of 4 (Eclipse Comics, 1984-87). Spectacular color-plate and B&W repro materials for McCloud's early masterpieces, well before he would develop Understanding Comics as an essential guide to the narrative idiom. The Destroy!! sheets (color overlays) represent the tabloid-sized edition and a special 3-D edition. (Destroy!! is a satirical exaggeration of comic-book violence.) The Zot piece is a B&W proof-stat, depicting the title hero and a villain known as Deco. Dimensions, 7" x 10" and 11.5" x 15.25". Very Good to Excellent condition.Auction Info
