EPCOT - "Mission Space" and "Space 220 Restaurant" SOLD-OUT Limited Edition Serigraph Posters #12/100 & #56/100 (Walt Disney, 2019). "T-minus three minutes and counting." The greatest adventure in the history of mankind: space travel is captured within this pair of striking, limited-edition prints celebrating Mission Space and Space 220 Restaurant at EPCOT Center! The husband-wife Disney Artist team of Eric Tan and Stacey Aoyama envisioned EPCOT: The Transformation Collection, featuring 38 digitally designed posters inspired by past, present, and future EPCOT attractions. A collaboration between Disney and Cyclops Print Works, these vibrant posters were published using the same silk-screen printing processes that were utilized Walt Disney Imagineering for the original Disney Theme Park attraction posters. Debuting at D23 2019: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, these D23 Exclusive limited-edition EPCOT Forever serigraphs were offered to attendees and instantly became sensational fan-favorite collectibles. The remaining few were offered through shopDisney while supplies lasted and have since been sought after by "World Travelers" with a nostalgia and wanderlust for EPCOT. This lot features two Editions - "Mission Space" by Eric Tan, where the X-2 Deep Space Shuttle launches out of Earth's atmosphere and "Space 220 Restaurant" by Eric Tan, teasing the incredible dining experience aboard the Centauri Space Station. These stunning posters are further enhanced, published on Stardream silver metallic archival paper and are uniquely hand-numbered either #12/100 or #56/100 on their lower left. Measuring 18" x 27", each collectible poster displays a Very Good-to-Fine condition exhibiting few signs of handling and wear and are remarkable conversation pieces echoing "out of this world" visions of fight training and dining among the stars at EPCOT in Walt Disney World!Auction Info
