Disneyland Cast Member Dictionary (Walt Disney, 1957). This early version of the cast member-only Disneyland Dictionary was created for Disneyland management to be a comprehensive guide to all things in the Disneyland park. In addition to highlighting early operations in the only-2-year-old Disneyland park, it also includes a fascinating section discussing future attractions including the never-realized Edison Square and Chinatown areas, as well as the fan-favorite Haunted Mansion attraction. This rare artifact contains the first mentions of the Haunted Mansion attraction in a Disney publication, 12 years before the opening! An exceptional find, the 41-page book shows minor handling and edge wear from normal cast member use, and it shows some toning due to age. The condition of this fascinating piece of early Disneyland history is Good.
