Disney Studio Restaurant Menu Group of 4 (Walt Disney, c. 1940s). Let's go back in time and dine at the Disney Studio lot, where you could get a "Mickey Hamburger with Cheese" for 20ยข, or a complete breakfast of wheat cakes with cereal and coffee for only a quarter! Here are four vintage menus from the Disney Studios lot. The first is a daily menu dated Thursday, March 21, 1940 with the day's specials; it measures 4.25" x 7.5", with a paperclip mark from where it was clipped to a larger menu. Next is a very rare Animation Coffee Shop menu, with Donald Duck on the front cover dunking a rather hard donut; this is a 4-page menu, folded size 6.5" x 8.5". Donald is also featured on the cover of a Good Morning menu ("What's good about it?" muses Donald); it's a 4-page menu with a folded size of 5.5" x 9". Finally, a large main menu for Walt Disney's Studio Restaurant with chef Mickey ringing the triangle dinner bell, sending Goofy and Donald running. This is a 4-page menu measuring 9.25" x 10.5", with a small tear along the bottom edge of the inside page. All 4-pagers have blank back covers. Average condition is Very Good.Auction Info
