Description

College Humor Magazine Newsstand Advertisement (circa 1930s). A lovely Rolf Armstrong painting of a white-shouldered, red-lipped cutie helps draw attention to the buyer in this point-of-purchase newsstand poster. College Humor had been around for some years as a 35¢ slick magazine; here, the price has been reduced to 15¢ to keep the publication within Depression-era reader's slimmer budgets. It's a beautiful Art Deco-style item, and would look wonderful framed. 10.5" x 14" on card stock; in Very Good condition.
