Bill Lignante The Phantom #20 Cover Proof (King Features, 1966). A near-pristine one-sided color proof showing "The Adventures of the Girl Phantom"! As the story was set in approximately 1899, Julie Walker was the twin sister to the then-current Phantom. That would make her the current Phantom's Great Aunt.
