Aladdin Aladdin and Jasmine First Kiss Animation Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1992). "Goodnight my handsome prince." Aladdin and Jasmine share a first kiss in this rough production drawing prepared for the animated fantasy feature, Walt Disney Pictures Aladdin! Produced by the team of Walt Disney Feature Animation, Walt Disney Pictures Aladdin, inspired by the namesake Arabic folktale from 1,001 Arabian Nights, reimagined the tale to become the highest grossing box-office blockbuster of 1992. This singular rough drawing of Princess Jasmine giving a first kiss to Aladdin was rendered in pencils for planning a sequence that appears around the 1:02:12 mark of the motion picture, following the musical A Whole New World scene. This measures approximately 16" x 11" on animation paper measuring 17" x 12.5", and is in Very Good condition overall, exhibiting many wrinkles and creases. Upon completion of the short motion picture, this artwork was issued to a member of the creative team at Walt Disney Feature Animation, who brought the stars of Aladdin to life. This rare and fantastic animation production drawing is sure to intrigue animation enthusiasts as it preserves perhaps the most memorable and romantic scene from Walt Disney Pictures Aladdin!Auction Info
