Mad Promotional Items Lot of 3. We give you a plastic "auto teller hold up" card -- and no, we won't post bail if you use it (it identifies you to your ATM as A. Crook)! We also give you "Alfred's Mad Memo Pad" and a bundle of 17 Mad three-dollar bills. These promotional items were most likely used for trade shows and the like. The book Collectibly Mad noted, "many of them were the brainchildren of Dick DeBartolo." So note that these are from the personal collection of that writer extraordinaire!
