    Jungle Animal Playset with Cap Rifle in Original Box (Louis Marx and Company, 1967). This is a complete Jungle Animal Playset featuring Bullet Shooting Cap Rifle produced by Louis Marx and Company as part of their wonderful line of playsets issued from the 1950s until the early 1970s. It is in the original complete illustrated box with all four sides, lid, three interior flaps and inner divider as issued. Includes the 11" x 17" two-sided Instruction Sheets; the components of the set are in the Marx paper bags. The box and all components are in Very Fine condition. This lot will have to ship from Dallas to the winning bidder.

    Items include:

    1) Colorful plastic Lake Land Form in bag, 9.5" x 7" x 2".

    2) Plastic Animals - Two Lion, tan and brown, 3.25" height; one each of Elephant, gray, 5.5"; Baby Elephant. Gray 2.5"; Kangaroo, brown, 4"; Tiger, brown, 2.25"; Stag (deer), brown, 4.5"; Giraffe, brown, 7.75"; Bear, brown, 2.4"; Rhinoceros, gray, 4.5"; Gorilla, brown, 2.5".

    3) Plastic Plants, matching sets in two bags: four ferns and bases, four palm tree bases, and seven tree top fronds.

    4) Accessories in light gray plastic in bag -- Fire, Log Seat, Cook Pot, Animal Skin, Cage plus two support weights, Outrigger Canoe, two drums, one sprue with one item attached, one sprue with eleven items attached.

    5) Red plastic accessories in bag -- 3-piece tree snare, two poles, one canoe, two different drums, one cage and base, one pole with base, one spiked trap.

    6) Six brown plastic Monkeys in bag.

    7) Accessories in gray and brown plastic in two bags - two Native Huts made of seven separate pieces (walls, roof, four supports, ladder). Seven of the supports are on a sprue.

    8) Five green plastic trees.

    9) Three rock forms

    10) Working Hunting Rifle measuring 23.75" x 5" x 1.25" with eight unused red bullets on line, one unused cartridge casing, and 6" x 3.5" single-sided instructions sheet.
