Description
Jack Davis - Confederate General Hand-Tinted Art Print Group of 3 (c. 1980s). Jack Davis rendered many images of Civil War generals for use in producing prints. Available here are three of the prints, including General Robert E. Lee, Major General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson, and Brigadier General J.E.B. Stuart. Printed on textured art paper and hand-colored with image sizes of approximately 7" x 19". Age-toned, with moisture damage on all the pieces, especially the Lee and Stuart pieces. The Lee piece has significant creasing and wear, with tears in the edges and bottom left. Overall in Good/Very Good condition.More information about Jack Davis. See also: Davis, Jack, Jack B.
