    Description

Ghost Town Press Kit Material Binder (c. 1940s-50s). A rare black photo binder from the Knott's Berry Farm Archives. This binder has an early 1940s menu taped from the Chicken Restaurant and also the Steak House menu. The photo album houses 22 first edition 8" x 10" photos that showcase the early days of Knott's Berry Place, Chicken Restaurant, and various scenes of early Ghost Town. Small typed descriptions describing each picture are affixed with cellophane tape, and some have loosened. Some pages have fallen out of the original binder. A fascinating in-house photo record of the early originals of Ghost Town! Good condition.

    Learn about consigning with us

What I most appreciated was how thorough you were when we initially met, how you were conservative in your estimates, not trying to get me to consign by giving false expectations, and then for delivering above and beyond on your commitment to me of a wonderful marketing campaign and a first rate catalog and photos, all of which resulted in a final total price realized that was nicely higher than what you had told me to expect.
