    Winnie the Pooh Limited Edition Bronze (Walt Disney/Harry Holt, c. 1990s). Harry Holt began his career in animation with Disney in 1936. In the 1960s, he was a sculptor and artist for the theme parks. He retired in 1982, but returned in 1987 and became a Good Will Disney Artist Ambassador at Disney World. His background with sculpting for the theme park projects is extensive. This is the only Bronze Disney ever released made from his designs, featuring Winnie the Pooh with his jar of honey and a friendly bee on his hand. His signature is engraved in Pooh's right thigh. This edition was only 200 and is long sold-out, very hard to find today. Bronze is on a wood base of 5" x 3" with a height of 2". Overall height of the bronze and base is approximately 8". Fine condition.
