Description
Tom Batiuk Funky Winkerbean Wedding Print (1998). IN 1998, Funky married Cindy Summers. The strip had gone from a gag-a-day comic strip to covering real issues and would eventually touch on Teenage pregnancy, Suicide, and Alcoholism (a disease that actually contributed to his subsequent divorce from Cindy.) This hand-signed print was sent to newspaper executives that carried the strip. This one is personalized to "John W. Troutt, Jr." of the Jonesboro Sun in Arkansas. Matted with an inner opening of 17.5" x 9". In Excellent condition.Auction Info
