Description
Superman Artist's Proof Statue AP #nn Signed by the Cast of Seinfeld (DC/Bowen, 1993). The statue that started it all for Randy Bowen and made him a household name to collectors, his iconic and perfectly posed Superman statue. Most statue collectors instantly recognize this piece, but Seinfeld fans recognize it as well since a statue like this was in Jerry's apartment on the display shelf by his window. This incredibly special piece is the actual Artist Proof which Bowen and DC approved for the production run, packaged in the memorable red box. This piece is even more incredible because not only is it signed by Randy (in silver marker, on the underside of the base), but on the top of the base it is also signed by the entire Seinfeld cast! Folks, it just doesn't get better than this for a Superman collector. This Man of Steel stands an imposing 10.5" tall, and is 7.5" wide. The statue has some color rub on Superman's back but is hidden when the cape is placed on the statue. It also has some color rub on the back side of the base.
