Description
Sub-Mariner Marvelmania Pinback Button (Marvel, 1969). The rare Sub-Mariner Marvelmania pinback button. In 1969 Martin Goodman of Marvel Comics granted a license to produce a Marvel Fan Club and Marvel merchandise which included items such as pinback buttons, posters, and the Marvelmania Magazine. The pinback button sets (8 buttons in all) sold out quickly upon first release, and consequently not all orders were filled, making them a rarity. With art by Jack Kirby, this is the Sub-Mariner button from that rare set. It is in Excellent condition, with no sign of rust or fading.Auction Info
