    Milton Caniff Terry and the Pirates Character Prints Memorabilia Group of 6 (News Syndicate Co., 1944). Milton Caniff was just two years away from leaving his hit comic strip, Terry and the Pirates, when he delivered this set of portraits of the principal Terry characters. Designed as pin-up pieces, these served as a promotional device for the syndicate. Vivid four-color printing on light Manila cardstock. Image area (each), 7" x 9.25". Slight color fading, light tanning, light scuffing, thumb tack punctures at upper edges. Generally Very Good condition.
