Ball and Chain Arcade Strength Tester Coin-Op Machine (Globe, c. 1920s-30s). Antique strength coin-op game that was made by Globe Amusement company in Brooklyn , NY. Great graphics painted on the glass that start at "Weak" and progress to "See a Doctor", "Old Maid", "Boys", "Woman", "Fair", "Average", "Good", "Try Again", and the final reading at the top, "Athlete". The machine is housed in a lovely turquoise wooden cabinet, and stands more than seven feet tall (85" x 15" x 15"). The game has been modified over the years and has no keys. No implied warranty or implied working condition; sold "as is". Restoration will be required. It's a very hard-to-find piece, and as it stands is a great piece of furniture or home décor. Fair condition.
