Description
Playboy Group (HMH Publishing, 1956-58). Group of '50s Playboys includes issues from November and December, 1956; February, March, July, August, September, and November, 1957; and January, April, and June, 1958. Grades average (and most copies are in) VG/FN, with all but the January, 1958 copy (spine split 2/3 of cover but otherwise VG/FN) grading at least VG. The April, 1958 issue's centerfold is loose but present in the copy. Also included is a Poor copy of the March, 1958 issue, which is missing pages 19, 20, and 39-46, including the centerfold. Six of the issues have the year written on the front cover in small print. Pictorial subjects include Brigitte Bardot, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and Jayne Mansfield.Auction Info
