Playboy Group (HMH Publishing, 1954-55). Condition: Average FN/VF. Very nice copies of 12 issues from December 1954 through December 1955. If the count seems off, that's because there was no March issue published by the magazine in 1955. The eventful second complete year of the magazine dubbed Entertainment For Men featured two iconic Playmates of the Month, Bettie Page (January) and Jayne Mansfield (February). Janet Pilgrim, the only repeat Playmate is featured in both the July and December issues. Pictorials included Marilyn Monroe, Anita Ekberg, and Gina Lollobrigida. Featured fiction included works by Ray Bradbury, Erskine Caldwell, Herbert Gold, W. Somerset Maugham, Irwin Shaw, and John Steinbeck.
