Playboy #2 Signed by Hugh Hefner (HMH Publishing, 1954) CGC Qualified FN 6.0 Off-white to white pages. This copy of the second issue presents well, but the real drawing card here is Hugh Hefner's carefully written autograph in the perfect location on the cover. It's been certified by JSA Authentication, whose LOA accompanies the lot. Since CGC does not authenticate autographs, the label states, "'Hugh Hefner' written on cover in marker." The label also indicates, "20th page missing, affects pictorial." Fortunately, not the centerfold! Highlights of the issue include a Sherlock Holmes story by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, a Milt Caniff cartoon feature, and the centerfold star, Margie Harrison. Not listed in Overstreet.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 1971248001 and purchase grader's notes if available.
