Famous Monsters of Filmland #3 (Warren, 1959) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white pages. One of the first four issues to sell out in the back issue department by the time issue #12 was printed, also one of the most difficult early issues to find. Contains an extensive monster movie preview section. The first Basil Gogos cover for the title and the first "You Axed For It" page. Forrest J. Ackerman text. "Extremely rare in higher grades," according to Jerry Weist's Comic Art Price Guide. Not listed in Overstreet.
